In addition to his UAE practice, Amin Rad has held senior legal leadership roles internationally. He previously served as Chief Legal Officer for a Netherlands-based technology company and as Head of Legal for a California-based venture capital firm. Across these roles, he has overseen and advised on legal matters connected to transactions, structures, and portfolios exceeding USD 300 million in aggregate value.
His experience spans corporate governance, regulatory strategy, investment structuring, and cross-border legal coordination, allowing Legal Rad to operate seamlessly at the intersection of law and business.
